Shipping

We print and pack your order as soon as possible from our studio in West Cork. Order fulfillment may take up to three business days to process.

Canvas Prints: FREE SHIPPING Framed canvas prints are securely packaged in West Cork and delivered via courier. They may take up to 10 working days to print, process, and ship.

Unframed Prints: FREE SHIPPING Unframed prints are sent in a tube package via An Post Standard Tracked postage. Once processed, standard delivery is the next working day within Ireland.

Framed Prints: Framed prints are delivered within Ireland for €10 and may take up to 7 working days to arrive.

Unfortunately, at this moment, we are unable to post to the United Kingdom due to customs charges and shipping delays. Please email geraldine@geraldineosullivan.com should you require more information, as we may be able to help in certain circumstances.

Original Art: Owing to differences in size, weight, and availability of original art, please contact Geraldine directly via email at geraldine@geraldineosullivan.com or by telephone at 0876831751 should you wish to purchase an original piece. The utmost care is taken when delivering original pieces, and we often deliver these personally or by specialist courier.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or replace any items that have been damaged in transit. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order via geraldine@geraldineosullivan.com. In the case of refunds, please allow 5-7 working days for funds to display in your account.

Payment

Our credit and debit card payments are handled securely by Stripe. Apple Pay is also available via this platform. You can also pay using your PayPal account.
